I am 78 years old and have purchased many tires through the years and generally have been satisfied with most tire stores and their employees; however, never have I had such above and beyond service as I have experienced at Hot Springs Tire and Auto. They are so very friendly and courteous. I made a mistake when ordering tires for my travel trailer, and even after their mounting and balancing them, they allowed me to correct my mistake and replaced the tires for the correct ones and I only had to pay the difference in the price of the tires. Believe me, as an old retired teacher, I am very thankful for their customer satisfaction policy and their helping me out even though it was my mistake. I strongly recommend this business to anyone needing tires or auto repairs, and again I thank them for helping me have peace of mind with my new trailer tires.
